Vermont Chocolatiers was established in 1995 in the Northeast Kingdom region of Vermont by Jim & Fran Barhydt. In July of 2003 it was purchased by Walter & Jane Delia and the Delia Family and relocated to Northfield Vermont.

Jane's love of cooking for family and friends of over 25 years was a perfect complement to Vermont Chocolatiers. Upon receiving many requests, a line of handmade truffles was developed. Our truffles are made fresh daily with fine ingredients. Whenever possible we use products from Vermont in our recipes and we always use Vermont maple syrup, premium coffee roasted in Vermont, fresh Vermont honey and butter.
